AMG Driving Academy PERFORMANCE is a one-day program with no pre-requisites. Drivers will learn high performance driving techniques for the race track. Any level of experience is welcome and coaching is individually-focussed. The course consists of concepts classroom, cornering exercises and then guided lapping with instruction.
AMG Driving Academy ADVANCED is a two-day program with a focus on more advanced skills with more track time. Drivers will keep practicing high performance driving techniques with advanced coaching and data analysis. Drivers should have completed a basic track course prior to enrolling for ADVANCED in order to get the most out of the instruction. The course consists of refresher classroom, cornering segments, lapping, data collection and analysis. The ADVANCED course also includes all track meals and one night of accommodation and a team dinner.
AMG Driving Academy PRO is a two-day program with a focus on more advanced skills building on the skills practiced in ADVANCED. As well as advanced driving skills, AMG Driving Academy PRO addresses the mental side of performance driving. Incorporated into the course is training from leading mental performance coach Ronn Langford. The course consists of refresher classroom, cornering segments, lapping, data collection and analysis and various skills challenges. The PRO course also includes all track meals and one night of accommodation and a team dinner. Drivers should have completed an approved advanced course prior to enrolling for PRO and enrollment in this course is subject to approval by the AMG Driving Academy Chief Instructor.
AMG Driving Academy PRO Plus is a three-day program that adds an extra day onto the existing PRO course and incorporates a Licencing component for those drivers that are looking to become accredited with a racing licence from ASN Canada FIA. In addition to the PRO course, drivers will go through a race licencing concepts classroom and training with regards to race etiquette and procedures. The third day will cover racing techniques such as flag training, pace car procedures, race starts, and passing techniques. Upon completion of the course, drivers will be qualified to apply to ASN Canada FIA for a National racing licence.
